My husband and I looked for a house with Alli for a long time. We would go out every Friday or Saturday for months and look at all the houses that came on the market that week. I can say without any hesitation that Alli turned the daunting house hunting process into such a positive experience for us. She is extremely educated on the area, neighborhoods, the town/schools, the housing market, etc. Alli has tremendous patience and never once pushed me to make a decision on a house. She would lay out all the facts and help me formulate a decision based on my views/reactions – not hers. Alli was always available when I needed her and responded to me extremely quickly. The best part of Alli is that she can hold your hand through the process as much, or as little, as you need. She is an expert on the market, the community, the bidding process, the inspection and the closing. Most importantly, once we closed on our house, Alli continued to work with me on a daily basis to help me register my kids for school, find a synagogue, join a gym, hire an interior decorator, a contractor, a painter, a babysitter, etc. She is an expert from the beginning of the process to the end of the process (and beyond) and I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else on such a life changing decision. I would insist that all of my friends use her when they decide to move to the suburbs.
